Ingredients and preparation:
- 5 egg whites
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- 5 tablespoons ground biscuits
3-4 tablespoons of water or milk for topping baked biscuits
Prepare three biscuits.
Whisk egg whites and sugar. Stir in flour and ground biscuits. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for up to 20 minutes. Coat the baked biscuits with water or milk, 3-4 tablespoons is enough.
- 15 egg yolks
- 150 gr. sugar
- 200 gr. butter or margarine
- 100 gr. dark milka chocolate
- 100 gr. white milk chocolate
- 200 gr. ground biscuits
- 100 gr. hazelnuts (better if pre-baked)
- 300 ml. whipped cream
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and cook on a steamer with a constant question, about 10 minutes.
Allow to cool. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate, whisk the butter. Whip the whipped cream.
Add 4 tablespoons of whipped cream to the filling, whisk.
Stir in hazelnuts and biscuits. Divide the filling into two parts, put melted dark chocolate in one part and melted white chocolate in the other part.
Fill the cake.
Biscuit, darker filling, whipped cream, biscuit, lighter filling, whipped cream, crust. Mix the rest of the fillings on top, I always leave a spoonful or two of filling and a little sweet sour cream. This is my filling with which I coat the third biscuit.
You can decorate with whipped cream or melted chocolate.
The cake must stand for one day in the refrigerator, cut and serve.
