Ingredients and preparation:
- 2 eggs
- a cup of corn flour
- a cup of white flour
- a cup of cottage cheese
- A cup of yogurt
- half a cup of oil
- a cup of chopped spring onions (or 3-4 onions with a green part)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- half a bag of baking powder (5 gr.)
I measure everything with a 200 ml cup.
Beat eggs and add yogurt, oil, salt, both flours. Stir with a mixer and mix in the chopped onion, cheese and baking powder. Bake in a greased pan (20 x 20 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. I like it to be ruddy and baked harder.
